Jianna's Baptism

Welcome to the Catholic world, Jianna Munar! It was a whole day affair for the family, relatives, and friends of Jianna, Tito Ferdie and tita Gina's unica hija. After the baptism, the guests flocked to the Geocaniga auxiliary house at San Gabriel street. Potluck, yet the food was overflowing! Kare kare from the Geocanigas, Teriyaki from Tito Mar and Tita Alda, Kalderetang Spare Ribs from Tita Rosie and Tito Hermie, Alimango and Sugpo from the Echaluces (Tito Philip and Tita Along), and Buko Pie from the Dela Cuevas (Ninong Domeng and Ninang Benny).

Tito Lito has an eye patch because of he has a sore eye. He claims of course that it was Tita Myr who threw him a punch when he was asleep (which is of course NOT true).

Some quick news...

** Practice started for Nanay's 85th birthday. Another practie session is scheduled on Sunday next week. Attendance is a must!

** Milet has found a new job at the IBM call center. Marjorie is still with Convergys.

** Lolo Larding has arrived from the US. His arrival is the beginning of the Balikbayan wave. Lola Annie, the Bautistas, and the Punos are expected to return in the coming week.
