Bohol and Cebu Adventure, Part 1B

The Ocean Jet Ferry ride was an hour and thirty minutes. This might be the fanciest ferry I've ever been on locally... although, I haven't been on a lot of ferries (so there goes my credentials). The seats are pretty comfortable and the airconditioning is to everyone's liking. It was pretty fast, if you're used to the small bankas they have in Boracay (takes you from Caticlan to Bora). There was a flat screen TV on the wall, which featured the Wow! Philippines theme song, and a few commercials on naughty bars in Cebu (The Jaguar club, Sinners and Saints). We arrived at the Port of Tagbilaran Bohol a little past 11 AM.

Awaiting for us at the dock was the Le Pensione De San Jose (our home in Bohol) van. The staff was very accomodating and the rooms themselves pretty good (Value for money!)

We left our stuff, laid down for a short while, and were off again to have our lunch at the resto close to the pier, the M-R Seafood resto. The chicharon bulaklak was something else! We also had crab, seaweed ensalada, grilled squid, and grilled fish. When the bill came, we weren't very pleased. It was as expensive as the restos Manila! But well... we were stuffed anyway.

Lola Juling happily obliged to this "Babae sa Bintana" pose. And the other ladies joined in the fun after that.

Next stop : Panglao Beach!
