July's First Saturday and Tito Boy's Beeday
Last Saturday, the first of July, we all got together for the First Saturday Prayer meeting. It was also a celebration of sorts for Tito Boy's 58th birthday. The usual Tanquilut and Aguirre suspects were present. The Tanquilut (Tito Boy's) family led the prayer. But ye leading the dancing was none other than the very cute Fonzie.
Here are the prayer leaders for that Saturday: Mitchie, Tita Edith, and Tito Boy.
Queensland Catering was ever present to serve us with their tried and tested best sellers... Macaroni, Spare ribs, Fish Fillet, Roast Beef... Yummmy...
Guests came to pray and to wish the birthday Boy a happy birthday. The boys in the drinking corner kept Tito Boy and Tita Edith entertained with their riotous discussions (whose topics remain to be unknown to me still. Hehe!). It's pretty easy to guess that Tito Lito had a lot to do with the laughs.
Lolo Pepe, Lolo Ric, Lola Nieves, Tita Cory, and Tito Bert represented the Aguirres.
Of course, what would a Tanquilut party be without Pampanga's best? Hehe! Here's the reigning queen of San Isidro and the man to be of Marikina.
Although a lot was going on outside, the small room inside was also filled with kiddie fun! Here's Fonzie in Danny's girlie shoes!! Naku Mama Abby! You guys better keep a close eye on Fonzie! Haha! Mama Abby shares that Fonzie generally enjoys wearing adult footwear.
The camera loves baby Ianna! She looks fragile and every bit innocent! Here she is with mommy Andrea. I don't exactly know what Ianna was thinking of when this picture was taken. But we love that perplexed look!
Here are the Yaps with expecting mom (5 months on the family way!), Sheryl. Vaughn is without a doubt the nicest, kindest kid in the block. Mommy Sheryl is scheduled to bring Vaughn to the hospital for a check up soon.
A little into the evening, we got around the blowing of the candles on the chocolate flavored Goldillocks cake. The birthday Tito Boy was more than happy to blow the candles. Pero nga pala... the original candles which Tita Myr got read "57", which is a year off. Hehe. O diba! Pabaliktad na ang beeday!
Several other people blew the candle on the cake! Sheryl S (who celebrated her beeday last June 30), Tita Gina, Carol, and Fonzie (who always blows the candles on any occasion!).
Happy beeday Tito Boy!!
